We stock a wide range of Genuine Kirby Parts to supply our service department, however we don't sell them to the public through our website as we don't encourage technicians without specific training to service Kirby equipment.
For that reason the Kirby Company does not allow Kirby Distributors to supply with genuine Kirby parts unlicensed service centres.

Sadly almost every week we see Kirby machines brought into in our service department after their owner has tried to service them or they have taken the machine to the local vacuum service guy. In almost all of those cases the lack of in-depth knowledge of the Kirby system results in unnecessary damage to the Kirby, non-genuine and very often wrong parts being used and therefore quite expensive repairs.
